10 - Ocean Front Ground Floor

All new renovation (Nov 2024).  Unit #10 is one of a just a four condos with unobstructed views of the ocean. This spectacular condo is one of our most popular with guests. Condo is on the 1st floor (no stairs to climb) within a few steps of the private beach. Wake up to glorious sunrises and enjoy unforgettable sea views all day long. Everything is new and gorgeous in this condo. It features a beautifully renovated kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal (dishes, cookware, utensils, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, coffee maker, etc).  

Super comfortable King mattress with extra thick pillow topper makes you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. The crisp white bathroom has the largest walk-in shower at the Continental - it's HUGE.  Bathroom is furnished with thick, 100% cotton bath and beach towels. #10 also has beautiful 100% cotton bedding linens for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sunshine.

Guests enjoy the quiet private beach with lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki's and BBQ grills. Relax on the private back balcony and enjoy sunsets from Sunset Park just next door to our property.

We pride ourselves on immaculate cleaning with great attention to detail. Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival.

This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars.
