15 - Modern and Tranquil

Luxury private studio with modern, gloss white kitchen stocked with everything to cook a complete meal.  Unit 15 offers the largest bathroom of all our units, with walk-in shower, new tile and vanity cabinets.  Kitchen is newly updated with brand new appliances, dishes, cutlery, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and blender for fruity cocktails.

Relax on the private back balcony and enjoy sunsets from Sunset Park right next door.  Unit 15 has a new Amazon Echo for great music on-demand during your stay.

Studio condo sleeps two people.  Comfy king sized bed with new mattress and crisp 100% cotton sheets and bedding for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun. We also provide thick cotton, high-end bath towels, toiletries and blow dryer.  

We pride ourselves on immaculately cleaning with great attention to detail.  Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival.  Your end-of-stay cleaning service is included in your rate at no extra charge. 

This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars. This condo is located on the second floor. There is no elevator at this property and guests with mobility disabilities cannot access this second floor condo.
