Unit #35 is a studio condo with a festive interior featuring modern decor and kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal (stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender, fridge, etc). Relax on the back balcony and enjoy sunsets from Sunset Park right next door. You'll have full access to the private beach, heated pool, lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki's and BBQ grills during your stay.

Studio sleeps 2 with additional pull-out sofa. Bathroom has walk-in shower with all new tile and cabinets. Comfy king sized bed with new mattress and crisp 100% cotton sheets and bedding for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun. We also provide thick cotton, high-end bath towels, toiletries and blow dryer. Your end-of-stay cleaning service is included in your rate at no extra charge. 

We pride ourselves on immaculate cleaning and attention to details.  Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival.

We also provide a new Amazon Echo for on-demand and free music and news during your stay.

This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars. This condo is located on the second floor. There is no elevator at this property and guests with mobility disabilities cannot access this second floor condo.
