Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival.

Classic kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal (stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, etc).

This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars. This condo is located on the second floor. There is no elevator at this property and guests with mobility disabilities cannot access this second floor condo.
