Unit #10 is one of a just a few of our condos with unobstructed views of the ocean.  This spectacular condo is one of our most popular with guests. #10 is a studio condo on the  1st floor (no stairs to climb) within a few steps of the private beach. Wake up to glorious sunrises and enjoy unforgettable sea views all day long.  This newly renovated condo has two queen beds and sleeps 4 people.  This condo features a beautifully renovated kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal  (dishes, cookware, utensils, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge,  coffee maker, etc). 

The crisp white bathroom has a shower/tub combo perfect for families.  It is furnished with thick, 100% cotton bath towels.  #10 also has beautiful 100% cotton bedding linens for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sunshine.

Guests enjoy the quiet private beach with lounge chairs, patio  tables, tiki's and BBQ grills.  Relax on the private back balcony and enjoy sunsets from Sunset Park just next door to our property.  

We pride ourselves on immaculate cleaning with great attention to detail.  Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival.  Your end-of-stay cleaning service in included in your rate at no extra charge.

This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities.  The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability.  The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant.  The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars.
