Beautifully renovated condo with brand new furnishings, kitchen and appliances. Unit #6 is on the 1st floor (no stairs to climb) within a few steps of the heated pool and  private beach.  It features a bright, sparkling clean interior with all  new interior furnishings and appliances.  The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook a  complete meal (dishes, cookware, stove, oven, toaster, microwave,  blender, fridge). 

Studio condo sleeps 4 people. Two comfy, queen-sized beds with  new mattresses, crisp 100% cotton sheets and bedding for a wonderful  sleep after a day in the Florida sun. Bathroom has walk-in shower and thick cotton, high-end bath towels.  Fresh linens, bath  and beach towels are in place upon arrival.

This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities.  The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability.  The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant.  The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars.
