Unit #5 is located just steps from the heated pool and private beach.  Step out the front door and feel the ocean breeze!  This is a bright and cheery condo with two queen beds that sleep 4 people.  Newly renovated kitchen offers brand new appliances and gorgeous granite counter tops.  The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal (stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, etc).  New mattresses with 100% cotton bedding are great for a peaceful nights sleep.  Bathroom has walk-in shower and vanity cabinet for extra storage.

This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars.
