Description

Beautiful private studio with two queen-sized beds and pull out sofa. Kitchen is newly updated with brand new appliances, dishes, cutlery, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and blender for fruity cocktails. Bright and cheery bathroom offers versatile tub and shower combination.

Relax on the private back balcony and enjoy sunsets from Sunset Park right next door.

Studio condo sleeps four people. Comfy new mattresses complete with crisp 100% cotton sheets and bedding for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun. We also provide thick cotton, high-end bath towels, toiletries and blow dryer.

We pride ourselves on immaculate cleaning with great attention to detail. Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival. Your end-of-stay cleaning service is included in your rate at no extra charge.

This condo is not ADA compliant and is not suitable for guests with mobility or other disabilities. The route from the common areas to this condo cannot accommodate guests with a mobility disability. The owner of this condo has not made the bathing facilities ADA compliant. The bathroom door width cannot accommodate all access and the bathroom is not equipped with grab bars. This condo is located on the second floor. There is no elevator at this property and guests with mobility disabilities cannot access this second floor condo.

Just as Described

The room was just as described. The beach area was the perfect size for our two small children, ages 2 & 4. The view was beautiful. There were plenty of chairs. We enjoyed lunch at the tables under the tiki huts. On average I would say that the majority of the other guests were much older than us/retired, but they were very nice to our children and it was obviously a tight knit community. We had great meals in the area and manager provided good recommendations. The drive to Key West was nice and scenic. There was a park with swings for the kids that wasn’t far. We enjoyed the Aquarium Encounter on a cloudy day. We would gladly stay there again.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, about a 45 min drive from Key West. There is a Publix and a Winn-Dixie about a 10-minute drive from our condo. The kitchen with the condo was clean, and a nice alternative to eating out. We could see the ocean from the front door and walked down the stairs to the beach for the morning sunrise every day. We went to the turtle hospital, caught a clear kayak tour, and snorkeled at Bahai Hondo State park. Everyone was super friendly. Just an FYI, the beds are very firm, but overall, I would stay there again!

Highly Recommended

This was a very nice place... highly recommended... very clean, new, quiet. right on a small beech with loungers, chairs, tables and BBQs. The area in the vicinity is very nice as well with cycle/walking lanes along the roadways. Manager was very responsive to any queries. One note: carefully read the very clear directions as GPS will only get you to the wrong building next door!! I did not... but staff was great, even with an after dark arrival, getting us in.

What can I say…this place was amazing! From my first contact with the managerI knew this was the place for me and family. Our plan was to spend as much time outdoors enjoying the beautiful Florida Keys. However, we found ourselves wanting to get back to the apartment to enjoy time there as well. The place was as described but you will not the get the full impact until you visit. Amazing complex, great clean beach area where you can watch the sunrise while you drink your coffee. Plenty of places to eat nearby and being in Marathon helps as there is plenty to do. Met some wonderful people as we spent our evenings watching the sunset at a nearby park within steps of the complex. This is a must if you visit! The sunset celebration is amazing. I honestly can’t wait to go back! Great place, great staff! Don’t hesitate to book!

Amazing...

We had an amazing family holiday here! Great beach with an amazing view, which is rare in Marathon! The complex had a clean grill on the beach, which made for fun nights grilling out! Will definitely would come back here again!

Cant wait to return...

Manager & staff were very accommodating. We wanted to check in earlier than 3pm and they were able to get the space ready an hour early. Decor is very cute and beached themed and provided everything we needed. I love that the space also has a fully stocked kitchen. We also love the fact that it has a private beach and is next to sunset park. We will definitely come back in our next visit to the Keys!
